Flowers and Fellowship

Using the forms below, you can sign up to provide flowers for the Sanctuary or for providing Fellowship refreshments after Sunday services.

Sign Up For Flowers

You can use this form to sign up to provide flowers for the Sanctuary. Flowers are $35.00. When you complete the form, you may pay for your flowers in one of two ways:
1) You may drop a check in the offering plate on Sunday. Please write Flowers and the date on your check
2) You can pay online by going to the Giving tab at left, clicking on Online Donation and filling in the line for Flowers. Please put your preferred date in the information box to the right of the amount.
Please provide both a preferred and alternate date as some dates may have already been reserved. We will notify you if your preferred date is not available.

If you would like to give your flowers in memory of someone or to honor someone or a special day in your life, please enter the information here (eg., In memory of Jane Doe).

You may designate whether you wish to keep one or both flower arrangements or if one or both are to go to shut-ins
